A few weeks ago I decided to pony up and buy some good sheepskin boots (my vegan friends may not want to read this post). Aside from the fact that it’s been
unreasonably unseasonably cold, they’re easy to wear to yoga since I can wear them with bare feet and not lose a toe or 10 to the frost.
I’ve had a cheapie pair from Target that I’ve worn to death even though they’re a little big and slide off my feet, but they got a little funky pretty quickly. Right before Christmas I saw a pair of these EMU Platinum Singer Hi Boots on Gilt for sale the same day they had a smokin’ 50% off deal so I snagged these for about $50. I am fully addicted to these (if addiction to boots is a thing). They’re now my go-to shoe/boot/slipper. I rarely take them off. They are the warmest, most comfortable shoe I now own. And I’m kicking myself for not getting another pair for such a bargain. Even at full price they’re a lot cheaper than Uggs, which I never got on board with for some reason.
So now I’m finally going to toss my old Target version and save my pennies for another pair.
Am I behind the curve on these or has anyone bought them already?
